By contacting one of our experienced staff, a Care Managers will visit your home for a personal assessment and work with you, your carer, your GP or any other allied health professionals to determine which level of care is right for you. This assessment will ensure that your program is designed to meet your individual needs. If you would like to see if government assistance is available to help pay for your care, your Respite Now manager can arrange for an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) to visit and review your needs.

Personal and home care come in all shapes, sizes and timeframes. From as little as 2 hour to the certainty of 24 hour live-in care for those at the higher end of the care-need spectrum. We can help and oversee showering and dressing, undertake domestic chores around the house and drive you to appointments or just out for a cup of tea and browse around the shops. Care plans can range from formalised and structured time to casual companion care.
Activity CentreRespite Now's new Activity Centre allows clients to come to a home-away-from-home. They can meet the Respite Now team who administer their care services, have a cuppa, play tabble tennis, play, listen and/or learn music, participate in an art class, play games and puzzles or just chill in the quiet room. | |
